Mr. Moussly has over 24 years of progressive experience in our field and previously served as a senior executive in a national engineering firm.

Mr. Schmidt, PE, has over 25 years of experience in our field.

Mr. Joe DiStefano, PE, has over 28 years of experience in engineering and previously served as a senior manager in a successful, regional transportation design firm with offices in Florida and Georgia.
