The proposed Hail Economic City project consisted of (4) Towers each tower consist of basement, ground, (20) floors, lower roof & upper roof. Provided geotechnical investigations and foundation design recommendations to determine the depth and characteristics of the different subsurface formations, the required foundation depth, the most suitable and economical type of foundation, the allowable bearing capacity, and expected settlements under the proposed structures. Performed value engineering analysis taking into consideration cost, constructability impact on near-by structures (noise-vibration) and schedule.
Provided geotechnical engineering services for a future Library to be built in South Fulton County GA.  The library consisted of the Renovation and Expansion of the building and the parking lot that adds 10,000 SF to the existing 15,000 sf structure for a total renovation and expansion of 25,000 SF for this branch library.
